RAISE Ventures is an early-stage VC fund supporting french founders from pre-seed to series B. We invest in hypergrowth tech companies accross all sectors with ticket size from €0.5M to €7M. Since closing our first €100m fund back in 2018, we invested in 15 companies such as Virtuo, Livestorm, WeMaintain, PowerZ, Mooncard, or Lovys (you can check our full portfolio here). 🔥

Founded in 2013 by Clara Gaymard and Gonzague de Blignières, RAISE is born from the desire to invent a new way of doing business.

You will participate in all steps of the investment process in support of the team :
🔍 Sourcing deals: you will proactively search for best opportunities in line with our investment thesis and assist the team in the pre-qualification process. As the first point of contact for entrepreneurs you will personally meet startup teams and analyze thousands of decks.
🛠 Assisting in due diligence & closing process : you will assess investment opportunities by performing reference calls, product and technical due diligence, competitive landscape research, market sizing, business plan modelling, term sheet negotiations and drafting of the investment memorandum.
👁🗨 Monitoring our portfolio : you will help our +15 companies scale from being an idea on a post-it to becoming a +$1b company by providing them with key strategic solutions concerning subjects including financial forecasting, product testing, market study and competition analysis.
👾 Deep diving & market watch : do in-depth research on specific subjects to be presented to the investment team regularly to stay on top of the VC market.
💖 Platform building : Just like the companies we invest in, we are constantly innovating by internally creating new processes and improving existing ones, building internal tools, testing and iterating new initiatives, ...
